Welcome, we are a group of Investors around the country that could not find the information we needed to provide “Private Money Loans” for Real Estate. We decided to educate ourselves on the Securities Exchange Commission’s requirements as well as our State Laws.

We have found with the banking industry tightening its grip on capital that there is a growing demand for private money loans in the United States. These loans can be short term, long term and be secured with a deed of trust, promissory and title insurance, just like a bank note, but in the cases of Private Lending, the ratios are much lower on loan to value and higher interest rates are beneficial as well.We are here to provide information and assist Real Estate Investors with their endeavors.If we have a luncheon or a seminar in your area we look forward to meeting you in person!Image
